Detailed Description

provides methods for reordering an array in place.

This is typically used to apply an identical permutation for arrays associated with an array being sorted. The reordering is done in-place. (Out of place reordering is simple.) For example, if we sort with

  vtkSortDaraArray::Sort (A, permutation)

where initially permutation has values 0, 1, ... N-1, then we can apply the same permutation to other arrays like this:

  vtkReorderData::Reorder (B, permutation);

Where several associated arrays need to be reordered, it is more efficient to call GenerateClosedLoopsList first and then to pass the resultant closedLoopList to each call of Reorder.
